Affordable hotel 10mins away from the Kota Kinabalu International Airport. Behind the hotel is Boulevard Hypermarket which you can have a little bit of shopping if you wish to. Other than that there is nothing much you can do in that area.

Room is ok. The standard fare of coffee and tea that comes with the room. But the toilet is dirty. Toilet bowl has not been brushed and there were grim and dirt on the tiles of the shower area that I believe has not been scrubbed since it began business. Don't recommend.
