Pros: Affordable price, friendly staff.. spacious room.. a lot of parking.. lift ok... breakfast available (although limited choice of food), newspaper given to every room.. Cons & suggestion: towels have unpleasent smell,..maybe need to change laundry detergent.. Bulidings need minor renovation and some repair.. aircond compressors a bit noisy at certain room, need to change carpet to tiles or anything due to unpleasant smell of wet carpet..

Convenient since it's located at the centre of KK. Suitable if you want a short stay and had to go for meeting in KK.

Check in was fast although it was almost 2 am. ( we booked via agoda). We stayed there for a day only. I was dissappointed to find that there was no hot water in the washroom. I heard that it was a problem since CNY...you will be charged xtra RM80 for late check out. I was told when I requested to check out an hour late coz my husband had to do friday prayer which is at 12.30pm. To me it was very expensive and very inconsiderate.

1. It has a dedicated parking space on level 1 to 4, so less worry leaving your car.
2. Room are spacious
3. Staff are friendly
A little disappointment though,
1. wash basin sink is blocked. Signs of less maintenance done.
2. Room illumination is quite dim even all lights are turned on
3. TV remote is missing.
But overall, I still liked it especially when they have dedicated parking and for the affordable room rate.

Fantastic place. Friendly staff. Booking, check in and out are all very convenient. Cozy cleam comfortable room. Awesome!
