Bought a day pass and used the gym whilst passing through Kuala Lumpur. Staff were polite and provided me with a towel to use the changing room facilities. The gym was well kept and had a wide range of equipment to suit all workout types (free weights, cardio, machines, martial arts area, TRX, etc.). The changing rooms were nice and luxurious and had an easy to use lock system for the lockers. Showers were nice and there was a sauna to top it off.

Excellent, very clean and it looks freshly renovated gym. 35 RM day, 99 RM week, 270 RM monthly. Better savings for DD! They lose 2 stars for running FAKE NEWS (CNN) on their TV!!!

New, complete, full range of exercise equipment. Over than 60 free classes a week ; yoga, spinning, kickboxing, zumba, bodycombat, and lots more! Free lockers and special monthly lockers for rent are also available. Shower cubicles, toilet (water closets) and dry sauna are readily to use for gym members! Complimentary tea and coffee at members lounge (pantry area). 😎

Located on the 8th floor - above the food court.
Modern facility, plenty of varied equipment, some floor space.
Good spot to get a solid workout done.
Opening hours are somewhat limited.
