Comfortable place and staff are helpful and polite. I have an incident where the toilet flush is not working and immediately they send some technician to my room and the problem was solved quickly. The location of the hotel is a little bit isolated. Food at their japanese restaurant Genji is quite good but the breakfast buffet is somewhat a let down, i expect better from Hilton, to be honest.

It's more of a 3 1/2 star hotel.
Rooms spacious well kept. But toilets are small compare to size of rooms. A disappointment. Didn't like the glass panel separating shower and toilet area which was less than half in proportion to one another thus shower waters splashes out.

I got freely invited. Dunno d prices.
Food wise is excellent. Toilet hv candle to burn aromatic oil. Nice. But no air freshener at urinals & cubicles. Still OK, can settle my business conveniently

It's fine. Building a little dated but nicely turned out inside. Food good but not excellent. Water in my room ran a little yellow until allowed to run for a while. Very polite service but often they don't actually listen to what you want.

- Service was excellent.
-But what stands out to me was that the gym facilities were top. And for those travellers who appreciate a good gym during their travel, they would very much appreciate this hotel.
-Another plus was the breakfast selection in the morning was very generous and the half-boiled eggs was done just nice. (Again, another plus for me because I've been to too many hotels that can't even do decent half boiled eggs)
