The food is okay but the staff is not so customer-friendly. I once ordered a ranch burger and the staff gave it to me saying it is in fact my burger. I took my food and went away. When I almost arrived at the lift, one of the staff came up to me and said it is actually a portobello burger and took it away from my hand. When I followed him back to the store, he said that I should have listened carefully like I am the one in the wrong. He did not even apologize for HIS mistake. Carl's Jr, you should teach your employees how to treat a customer properly, especially if you hire foreigners only.

This restaurant is the reason why I love mid valley, I always come here to reward myself with a superstar beef burger and the unique chilli fries! It costs around RM27. The workers are friendly. The prices are a little bit higher than usual fast food restaurants but its worth it!

My mother bought a fish burger today at One Utama. It's for my sister's after school meal. I helped to warm up the burger and open up the wrapping. What I found is a whole leaf of lettuce with the butt still attached to it, gross! At this point she came over excitedly but only to find a gross looking burger is on the plate.
Took me sometime to convinced her it's okay, it's still "Carl's Jr" and at RM16 a pop, best not to waste. She took a bite and she immediately put it back down, looking into the center of the fish. Partially uncooked with the crumbs not really attached to the fillet. One look at her and I know she's gutted, disappointed and left hungry.
Maybe it's not your fault but someone is responsible for this in the sense of QUALITY CONTROL. RM16 for ONE burger and u can't keep a clean good quality burger? Atrocious. Unacceptable.
I had a burger too. A mushroom beef burger, WAS a favourite. Why? Because after this incident today, I threw mine into the bin too.
No, it wasn't a mistake nor was it a case of unfortunate. Clearly, someone is very lazy supervising at the production line.
Spending RM30++ for 2 burgers only to throw it into the bin is not a problem but damn quality does.
Not a customer u want to mess the food with.
Keep the change.

Love their burgers. This used to be one of the fast food joint that actually accepts credit card due to the high prices (McD accepts it now as well for other reasons). Prices are expensive but you get what you pay for.
