Slow service despite not much tables were occupied. Our drinks have been prepared and sitting on the counter for a good 10 minutes but still we're not served to us. Food quality has dropped tremendously since my last visit. Used to love the berrylicious sundae with lots of blue berries and a piece of almond biscotti. Now only 2 strawberries and no almond biscotti. How can this be named Blake's berrylicious sundae? Totally not berrylicious nor yummylicious anymore. Also after we paid we have to wait so long for our change.sorry but the hosts seemed to be occupied with wiping the tables although there isn't much patrons. I had to ask twice! The hosts don't seem to bother to give back the change. Looks like a stalling tactic.. customers would leave without getting back the change so that they can keep these as tips. Definitely my last time here!

once a not so bad place to hangout for a decent salads and sandwiches, drinks and coffee. Fallback now with mediocre food, untrained foreigner employees who barely understand anything! hefty price tag, totally dated cheap interior, didn't even bother to improve from head to toe! Not recommended!

Ben's KLCC offered me a round and a rectangle table for 16 pax so I figured I'd check with Pavilion branch, called them up and omg both the staff were so rude especially the first one who couldn't understand something simple and sounded like he was so fed up (?)

You can enjoy both beef and vegetables such as my photo. Also, I recommend you to sit down terrace.
