Ate at Cili Pica in "PANORAMA" shopping mall, food was ok, but service was very very bad-AWE-FULL.
Blond short manager good maybe for the boxing tournament - because she is very aggressive, but not for the restaurant managing or customer related service. She has no a clue what she is suppose to be doing; wasted 4 people time after my dinner, call other two waitresses to see who made a mistake!? in front of me- the patron. I wasn't planing this type of "entertainment"LOL, and didn't want to waste my and other people time, but she insisted, that we do the meeting at my table... over a few dollars discount, that I believed I was entitled . WEIRD
Left this restaurant with bitter taste, aggressive manager "won"
This place needs serious change: I had to ask for the menu book 3 times!?no one offer to me anything to drink for half an hour!! and finally after I asked beer list, I was left un-attendant... they have no clue: if you ask for beer list, you might want to order one... and starting loosing my patients being ignored by the first two waitresses. Workers in this establishment seems hates visitors
Will never come again, and will tell my friends to avoid this awefull place
