Отвратительная поликлиника, врачи некомпетентны, явно и откровенно не любят свою работу (урологи в частности). Помимо платных визитов, вымогают дачку, и всё равно отношение наплевательское.

Делала артроскопию 13 сентября 2017 года в 12 отделении. Все прошло замечательно. Спасибо медсестричкам и врачам. Особая благодарность анестезиологу.

Went to this place in November 2016 and received fantastic treatment. To those used to the NHS in the UK, it may come as a surprise that you can go into a hospital, arrange for diagnosis, treatment and get your results in minutes or, at the most, a couple of days later in many places in Eastern Europe. True, you have to pay a little for it but let's be honest - you pay through the nose for treatment 'free at the point of delivery' in the UK and often, the treatment you get is laughable, especially if you don't fall into the category of 'average'. The NHS is a very good system for most people but it is creaking under the weight of bureaucracy and managers that get in the way. Treatment in this hospital is, by western European standards, inexpensive and of outstanding quality. Of particular note for me were Uldīs Pastuhov, our guide around the hospital, Dr Lauris Līcītis and a small number of staff in the immunology and neurology departments, one of whom spoke good English. Language could be a problem, since not everybody speaks good English but I can get by in Russian, so had no issues at all. I'd also like to mention Iveta Kravale, of 'Meeting Tour Travel & SPA Consultants', who arranged all the necessary initial appointments before I ever left the UK.
