Made a request to this company for car hire for a two day hire ....was replied to straight away with a message saying 'we are preparing your quote' two days later I had to prompt them to reply as it was due the next day for a drive of 100 miles, I got a phone call asking what I wanted the car for (I'd already stated that in my request for a hire car) then the person on the other end stated that 'their minimum hire is three days' ...nowhere on the the terms or represented advert does it state that....infact the hire rates are clearly worked out and stated in single days. Obviously trying to get more out if the hire than was necessary on my part... Very dissatisfied!!!!
