Friendly mood, plenty of food to choose from, not very crowded in November. Parking is a real issue, there is not enough parking space, and they are too tight to each other. Free WiFi ? forget about that, it's a complete mess even if you go to the lobby.

The hotel was renovated but the room still looked old and the toilet was stinky, although clean. The staff was very friendly. It seemed as if drinking water wast very easy to find

Excellent experience. Worth visiting at least once. Friendly staff, good coffee (make sure to ask for fresh perked at breakfast), excellent food at supper.
Rooms are decent, mattress is OK.

This hotel is perfect for families. The suites are huge... Bigger than any other hotel I've stayed in. We had a two bedroom suite with a sitting room and balcony and comfortably fit 3 adults and 2 kids... Another adult and a few more kids could have easily fit. The pool area is amazing for the kids and there are different separated areas to keep little ones in their own areas. Very family friendly. Breakfast buffet was wonderful and there were so many choices. My only complaint is that it's loud at night... So if you are looking for a quiet hotel, this is not it. If you've got kids and are looking for a place that provides entertainment, good food, spacious comfortable rooms that were surprisingly clean upon arrival (after reading some reviews and experiencing other hotels during big vacation times) and easy access to all the attractions in Eilat, then you'll be pleased.

Great hotel especially for families. Wonderful pools and enough to suit all ages. Lots of entertainment and restaurants. Good location too across from the Sea Mall. Rooms are comfortable too and the Caribbean suite is highly recommended especially as it has the jacuzzi on the balcony and an extra bedroom.
