terrible service ever, booked a car 2 weeks ago and already made the payment before collection.. it was a old alternative H car and condition so bad..chips everywhere of vehicle.. it has almost 80,000km .. orly the branch manager forced me to the car otherwise no refund.. push all responsibility to customer care of their company.. told that she had nothing to do with this.. take or leave.. i called in to head office to lodge a complaint and she arranged a lower class of vehicle with better condition next day.. she asked me to take this car and committed to exchange to the class i wished whenever in israel.. i called her on second day while in there at branch in jerusalem, was told that no one knew about the story.. she replied she need time to communicate and keep promising but never did, she not even bothered to assist me in refunding the difference of class of vehicle.. like she said she had nothing to do with this, what a excuse,, she has nothing to do with this as being a branch manager,, shame... sent more than 10 emails to customer service.., they avoided to reply.. will not strongly recommend and will not definitely use BUDGET car rental worldwide..
