I MEAN SIXT JORDAN THEN YOUR PENIS WILL GROW ATLEAST 12 INCHES GAURENTEE OR YOUR MONEY BACK PLUS PUNITIVE DAMAGES

They are fraudsters thiefs , silly customer service , lying in your face .

Please never use Sixt, I read the poor reviews beforehand but still ignored them and made the mistake. Never get deceived by the primary, they will make it over. It's a scam company. I rented a car, and the car key they gave me turned out to be defective (the plastic piece was obviously broken and melted back to fix it), while I was driving back to the airport that plastic piece broke and I couldn't turn the car on. I called them and they sent somebody that turned it on for me. I got late to the counter because of this delay and my fly was approaching, the counter guy initially told me they'll charge me for that, but when I told them that the key was defective and the technician that fixed it came they agreed that this wasn't my fault and that I won't be charged, they made me sign a paper saying that the damage will be estimated, but they both assured me that this is just a routine measure and that I won't be charged. Guess what?? A week after leaving the country my card was charged $85. I'm disputing the transaction with my credit card company and I'll take it to the furthest end. BUT PLEASE, DON'T BE LIKE ME, IF YOU HAPPEN TO READ THESE HORRIBLE REVIEWS JUST LOOK FOR ANOTHER CAR RENTAL COMPANY, SIXT IS A SCAM AND A RIP OFF.

I recently hired a car from Sixt in Jordan. Absolute nightmare.

As we picked up the car from Amman airport, we noticed that the fuel tank was completely empty. We questioned the attended as to why this was the case and he simply shrugged and told us to 'just bring it back the same way'. We did not accept this, so after having to convince the man that it is not acceptable that the car being given to us without petrol, he drove us to a near by petrol station to fill the tank. Here we noticed the front right tire was completely flat. They proceeded to fill it and assured us there would be no problems. This whole processes took around an 1.5 hours and with us having a 2.5 hour drive straight away after picking up the car, we did not appreciate the time lost.

On the second day of having the car, we passed through a police check point station. The police in inspected car and informed us that the registration had in fact expired 5 months ago. We could not believe a reputable car hire company rented us a car without valid registration.

On the third day of having the car we noticed that the exact tire that was assured to us 'would not be a problem', was once again flat. Not being anywhere close to a station to fill it ourselves, we were forced to change the tire to the spare one from the trunk of the car. Once again causing more time delays to our trip.

Upon handing back the car there were some concerns raised about the tire, but we were assured that everything would be fine and had our vehicle form signed and handed back.

After not having received my initial deposit back I contacted Sixt Jordan in regards to this matter and they stated that the funds would not be returned because of damage caused to underneath of car. This was obviously a shock as we were more than respectful with our use of the car. I assured them that we we absolutely ruthless with our care of the vehicle and the damage was not caused by us. Considering the registration of car had expired 5 months previous, I am certain damage was caused by previous renters and hasn't been inspected properly since and then blamed on us.

Trying to resolve this issue has been a nightmare as well. Sixt Jordan rarely answer the phone (which is costing me significant funds as i am calling internationally) and literally don't reply to my emails until You've sent 3 or 4 simultaneously promoting a response before they will respond.

At the end of the day We were rented a bad car that caused us nothing but problems and now have been, in my eyes, have been robbed as well. I seriously question the ethics of this office.

Worst customer service! Car broke down two hours after pick up.Whatever you do, DO NOT rent from SIXT rental car! As if their rude staff isn't enough, if you ever have a problem during the rental, they also push it off as your responsibility. No sideroad service.
