This is a pretty amazing ramen chain in Kanagawa, they serve up a great tonkotsu ramen and let you customize from that. I didn't find much satisfaction from their other ramen, so I really only go there when I want tonkotsu ramen, and usually go elsewhere for other flavors or tsukemen. The tonkotsu does deserve five stars though.
