Great location. Rooms provided was very quiet and spacious. Well informed staff. Wouldn't expect any less from the Hilton brand name.

They have staff members, who speak well in English. Lobby and rest room were clean and spacious. The place smelled clean and boast of grand interiors. They offer a variety of scrumptious pastries and chocolates 🍫, too.

Amazing service, everywhere in Japan you can expect polite and good service but I just found the Hilton staff extra good. Great rooms and accommodations. Nice quiet location yet still close to the station and food areas.

It's a very clean and well staffed hotel. Everyone was very attentive and professional. The amenities were great. I'd definitely stay again, the only downside is the price of you're trying to budget

This is a really nice hotel in Shinjuku. It's a great location, with many rooms in a very nice building. The rooms were nice, even though I was only in a regular room (not on the higher, executive floors, which I've heard are really fantastic). Toilets were fancy Japanese kind. Beds were a bit firm, but nice. The windows had sliding doors that could be drawn to block out all light. Breakfast was good (but expensive!) with both Western and Eastern options. I really liked it here.
