Was great time here! Hotel stay in a good location, in a center of Tokyo! Breakfast was really good ( in lounge 37 floor) Very sweet, friendly and polite staff (like that I never had meet in my life, honestly! ) Maybe it's a Japanese culture, but I truly follow in love in this beautiful Country! Thank you!!!
P.S. I love their little bear gifts for hotel guest, they always traveling with me around the World! 💖

Very clean and comfortable room, friendly staff . Had a very pleasant stay. :)
Only complain I have is toilet area which is segregated from shower area, is too small. Bumped my head onto the glass wall a few times. :(

So-so hotel; the Conrad Osaka is much nicer. Pretty nice views, comfy beds and pillows, wide range of restaurant selections, nice rainfall shower, and a location that's hard to top. Oddities are distributed instead of centralized electronic room controls, no outlets by the beds, inadequate blackout curtain, and numerous toe stubbing hazards in the bedroom and bathroom.
I had a terrible experience with the concierge. I had reserved a nonrefundable dinner seat at Ginza Iwa at 6pm in advance through the concierge, but was delayed in arrival to the hotel from airline mechanical troubles by over 3 hours until 6:20pm. A note earlier in the day from the concierge advised if I didn't show by 6pm, don't bother showing at all. Nobody from the concierge or the front desk mentioned (in person, phone, or email) that the restaurant had graciously extended the dinner reservation to 7pm, until I get a call at 6:53pm from the concierge while in the shower, much too late to do anything about it. I could have easily made my reservation with a timely notification, but the poor communication skills of the concierge desk prevented me from doing so, resulting in an unnecessary charge on the order of the room rate for the night. Since this sushi dinner was a prime reason for choosing the Conrad in the first place, I would have checked out then and there from my displeasure were it not for the typhoon conditions outside.

I don't know what I could add to my previous review of this place but I would highly recommend it! Fantastic service, great restaurants within the hotel and within walking distance of the Ginza shopping area. Staff is superb and the rooms are very spacious and comfortable.

Stayed at the Conrad Tokyo for 8 days - Executive Level. The hotel is exquisite and everything you would expect (and then some) from a 5 star luxury Conrad hotel. The rooms are beautifully equipped, bedding is shear heaven, room serviced twice daily. Several restaurants on site. But the Executive Lounge and Staff are among the very best at any Hilton hotel property we've stayed. Every meal in the Executive Lounge was fantastic and the Views of the bay are amazing. Extremely cozy and relaxing fireplace. The lounge is a tad small but we always had seating. The hotel is minutes from excellent dining and shopping. The definition of true oasis of luxury and comfort. We almost stayed at the Hilton Tokyo but are so glad we chose the Conrad. We recommend without a single reservation. You will not be disappointed.
