奥田さんのお弟子さんが店主のお店。2017秋に訪れたときは、いかにも繊細さと心配り、優しい人柄を感じる店主の方でカウンターでしたが居心地がよかったです。日本の良さを感じる和食でした。美味しかったです

Been to Okuda Ginza and Okuda Paris many times and obviously ingredients play the most part and only in Japan you may find the best and freshest of everything. Going there today after six months and one of our favorite chefs had left to open his own this year. He deserves the chance. Will see who is there for us today.
