+ Rather cheap
+ Not very quiet
+ Close to Shinjuku main station, about 10 minutes
- Interior is not really my taste, but hey, it's cheap
- Step outside and you might face odd people, especially around 4am

very bad, i don't think you guys should book this hotel.
1st, Location is VERY VERY Bad. peoples a crazy around this area. it's very very far from Stations. it's not like 10 min walk as they said, it's going to be 15-20 min walk to JR.
2nd, i have to cancel the hotel cause it's bad and my friend send stuff to me at the hotel and they said if they get it and they are not going to contract me. cause they are not going to do anything with that. CAN"T even just give me a call so i can go pick it up? what the hell with the customer service?
3rd, anytime you going out have to put your KEY at the front desk. they DON"T allow you to go with the key EVEN though you will make sure u are not going to lost it.
well, still have some other stuff but don't really wanna talk about it already. just wanna let you guys know don't take this hotel
