Great location. Basic with a decent size room and super friendly staff. It's very convenient for exploring Osaka. Rooms have all amenities plus extras for free if you forget. Although its a stone throw from Shin Osaka ...you need to cross a very high walkway to get there, which you can't do with heavy luggage if you're alone so you need to get a cab.

Hotel is nice and clean. Rooms may be smaller than what foreigners may be used to, but it has everything you need. Staff is very nice and accommodating. The location is fantastic, being super close to Shin-Osaka station. Only complaints I have is that the hotel’s power outlets are all two-prong and doesn’t have three-prong outlets that I need, but an adapter solves this issue. Also, breakfast is the same every day, and could get repetitive if you are staying long.
Pro-tip: only go to the east entrance of the station if you are taking JR. For Shinkansen and the subway, go across the green bridge over the train tracks and enter through the main entrance. Saves a couple minutes of walking.

Hotel is absolutely wonderful. Location is great for those who need to use trains at shin Osaka station . Just 3 min walk. But if someone needs to go to city center often like Umeda and Namba then must take the train each time .
