Next to the station, clean and confortable. Receptionists speak english.

Rather near the JR Railway and easy to access to the hotel and by foot about 5 minutes should be able to reach the hotel. Staff are friendly and the lobby very classy and lots of sitting places for hotel guests.
Room are spacious and therefore easy to open up the big luggage to repack as have amber space to do that.
This is exceptionally good and not many hotel rooms have that luxury to do that.
At one side of all the many hotel rooms all the windows once you draw out the curtains and look through the windows will be disappointed !
As unable to see anything except the concrete walls from the next building which is just opposite and very near!
With that night time if switch off all the lights will be pitch dark!
Also not enough space to hang clothes as only 2 big hooks at the mirrors in the room.
Other than that the bathroom and other facilities are up to good satisfaction!

Entire floor was smoking when it should be non-smoking. No laundry on site like advertised.

Great location (shin-osaka is 5 min ride to osaka station and much cheaper than hotels around osaka station) rooms are good for the price. Regular small size. While people says the decor is outdated, I personally don't care as Japan is about what's outside of the hotel. If you want an art gallery as an hotel, the Hilton or Ritz is obviously better but 5x the price. I personally could care less if the paint or carpet was newer. It's clean and comfortable which is all you need for a sleeping area.
