The location is good, other than that everything is just average, and it's less well maintained and some spot is quite dusty and old fashioned.
For people who taller than 170cm, try to avoid this cube.
There are better accommodation at similar price.

Had 15 people booked in here and because 1 person needed to fly home early they refused to let any of us stay unless paid in full. The pods are very dated, hot and noisy. There isn't room for your baggage inside the pods either so they need to be kept outside and this causes security concerns. In summary I think you would get comfier and better nights sleep if you slept on a park bench.

175 cm long, so I guess if you're a tall person this capsule wouldn't be that nice.
It's a nice place for me, and near the shops and activities. Confortable for a short time traveller

PROS: Love that there's a separate floor (on the 3rd level) for women. Amazing hot shower with very good water pressure on the same floor (there were 2 units). They provided a bathrobe, a nice towel, a disposable toothbrush and toothpaste as well as a cotton pad and 2 cotton buds in your locker on the same floor. The lockers have 2 hangers and are big enough to put some belongings (but not big enough to fit your luggage). There are lockers on the ground floor where you can keep your luggage (for a fee), or you can just bring it up with you and station it outside your cube. The cube itself was quite spacious, with a privacy shutter so that no one peeps in. Walkable distance to Shinsaibashi station as well as Dotonbori, so no worries about nightlife and food options.
CONS: Didn't really know what I was supposed to do with my shoes at first as it was my first time. Receptionist didn't direct or guide us to the shoe lockers so I almost brought my shoes up to the 3rd floor. The lobby floor smells slightly of feet, but only near the shoe lockers. As for the cube, instructions present so I didn't really know how to work the TV, radio or alarm, but that's okay since we were only sleeping for 1 night anyway. You have to constantly be mindful of your noise levels since everybody is sleeping in the same room and the cube isn't exactly soundproof (even with the shutter down).

For a few hundred yen more you can get a way better bed elsewhere. Pro/con below.
I suggest "The Dorm"; its cozy, free coffee, comfortable, open all day and I got it for only 800 yen more. 100% worth it and it's located in the same district!
I'm ten days in to my trip and I was going to wait till the end of my trip to review all the capsules/hostels I stayed in, but this awful place couldn't wait.
Negatives;
-check in\out everyday. You must leave, but can leave your luggage (closed 1000-1700)
-older, it's a low end businessman capsule oriented for tourism.
-small lockers
-short capsule
-mattress less then two inches thick, very hard
-dusty
Positives;
-cheap
-short walk to all the night life
