The scotch lovers bar.
I was taken here by a local and I was completely astounded at the place. They don't seem to carry any usual scotch releases. Everything they have seems to be a rare cask or bottling. I don't speak Japanese, but from what I gathered the owner is an absolute expert on rare scotch. He's even written his own book which he showed me.
I had some of the best whiskies I've ever tried here. Many from my favorite distilleries, the bottles that were served to me I'd never even heard of.
If you like whisky and scotch. This is worth a trip to Morioka for. I've been to whisky bars all round the world... And this is the best I've ever found
