This hotel was very satisfied for me.
If you make a reservation in Kumamoto, I recommend you this capsule hotel than Guest house.

It was much better than I expected, the beds are quite spacious. There are no showers but instead an onsen-style public bath with a sauna, maybe not everyone would like it since you have to be naked in front of other people. Breakfast is included. And last but not least it is close to the party area, there are a lot of restaurants nearby and it's a 10 mn walk to the bus terminal and 15mn from Kumamoto castle.
