Extremely crowded. Forget about trying to get a shower. Not enough rooms. The food just okay. And I usually love Japanese food.

There are 2 sites of lounge in each side of the departure area.
Confortable cosy calm spaceful silent lounge.
Personnaly i Don't like the chicken curry mostly veg. Nothing compares To my mother in law's.

Typically great Japanese service, decent ramen selection, but otherwise limited food and alcohol. Well equipped and spacious shower rooms. Overall, a very good lounge by North American standards, but merely average compared to other Asian lounges.

Privileged to be in the ANA VIP lounge awaiting for departure flight to Brisbane via Singapore. It is a very high class lounge and its guest are properly dressed. The food menu is excellent with all types of complimentary wines, spirits, beer and sake. A first class VIP Lounge. I enjoyed its excellent facilities and excellent customer service,
