Apparently this is the place to go to for Tsukemen. Went at around 8pm but there wasn't much people. They have an English menu and instructions on how to eat tsukemen. It's pretty great and I would recommend this dish over ramen/udon/soba. Not sure how this taste compares to other places, but it's pretty tasty and great in its own right.

Perfect place to experience Hiroshima's speciality of Tsukemen (つけ麺) - Ramen which is eaten after being dipped in a soup, offered in a separate bowl. Both noodle and soup could be ordered in hot or cold conditions and the spicy level could also be decided upon placing the order. Staff is friendly, efficient and the food is absolutely delicious. Highly recommended place!
