Absolutely love this hotel, I have stayed here more nights than I care to remember when on business. It's comfortable, spotlessly clean, furnishings maybe a little dated but the staff are incredible and can't do enough for you. The best showers ever if you like high-pressure! I have another 21 nights booked in July and really looking forward to returning to my 'home' in Japan.

Quaint little hotel. Nice Japanese restaurant attached. Bar on top is great. Most importantly, the people here are helpful, always smiling and warm. Location is close to Station and mall for more options to eat. Airport bus stops at hotel so no issues reaching from Narita or reaching Narita. What more does a man want.

Truly exceptional. I've stayed in many hotels worldwide from one star to five, but never had better service. It's an immaculately kept place, white marble floors on the main floor, Japanese and Western restaurants, and a bar on the 21st floor overlooking Tokyo Bay. The staff are attentive to a fault and go out of their way to help without being obtrusive. I came here for a conference--clearly it's not at the hub of the Tokyo area--but if the opportunity arose to revisit, this is the place I would always choose. Outstanding.
