Nice clear room. Very friendly staff. Located not too far from Aomori station. Great location to call home base while exploring the Aomori area.

Rooms are a bit small, but good value for the money. The location is very convenient. Very close to many restaurants and bars and the train station.

Nice room and nice window with a view of the bridge. It's really worth it for this price.

Room 710. All floors are signed to be non smoking, however upon steping into the elevator we could smell terrible ciggarette smell, and when we stepped out we were hit with a wall of thick cigarette stench. Although the room was non smoking it continue to smell of smoke, possibly leaking in from the hallway /came into the room with us.
I appreciate the room spray so much and sprayed every fabric surfaces including our coats. The fan and air conditioning has a loud hum too. The pillows were extremely flat, and the mattress rather soft. I slept well due to the long commute I had that day, but was woken up at Sun up by loud banging noise coming from other rooms, sounded like luggages being dropped /door being slammed. Sound proofing may be a concern to some.
We paid very little for this hotel, and understand that this is a business hotel in a country town. Thus I don't think this was much issue, but could be a problem for some.
