For the money, it's a great place to stay. The rooms were clean. Most of the people at the front desk were helpful and friendly. The property has security and seemed like it was up-kept. The pool was nice as well. Most of the days I was there they were experiencing power outages during the day. I was under the suspicion that they were disabling the electricity while most guests were out and about at the beach and such, to save on AC costs, etc (since the power never went out for the front desk or the more expensive rooms). Usually after a bit of complaining and some waiting, it would return. I really don't know that though. Room service didn't change the sheets, just made the bed. And they would sometimes not bring fresh towels. They provide a free shuttle to the beach but you could probably walk there in about 15 minutes. I will likely be staying there again.

Staff incredibly friendly and helpful. Place is clean and accommodating. I read the complaint on here and it's simply not true. Sounds like a spoiled whiney American had a bad day. Place is great, restaurant very good and located right in town square. But shop in the market area not town square. Give the Jamaican people your business, not the Indians.
