The hotel is in a wonderfull position right in front of the seaside. The rooms are very comfortable, spatious and clean. The bathroom is large, too. The personnel is very gentle and the service is perfect.

The airconditioner couldn't be sett below 20 degree Celsius. The shower has leakage and every time we had a shower, there was many liter of water in the bathroom and we had to clean it up. ( discussing).
The internet connection is very poor.
Room service forgot to supply shower gel or toilet paper. Cleaning was superficial.
Staff at the reception were very nice, polite and helpful.
The hotel is near the beach and quite central.
We could hear people in nabour room, vacuum cleaning, closing the door etc.
This hotel is not worth the money.

Lovely hotel, friendly service, and elegant rooms let down by two things. Extremely poor wireless (signal perfect, bandwidth horrendous), like - if you are relying on internet to plan your next hotel etc then forget it. It's just impossible to load pages. Secondly breakfast is 7-10.30 which is fine. You can arrive at 10.25, which is fine. But everything is packed away promptly at 10.40, which is not fine! This isn't a serious complaint but it seems a little churlish to take away food when guests are clearly still eating their breakfast and wanting to go back for more. Good service would leave breakfast out for another 30 mins after closing, for people to relax and enjoy breakfast and enjoy the beautiful view over Viareggio coastline.

The hotel is central, not 5 mins from the beach. The staff have been exceptional in their attention and service. The reception staff, courteous and helpful, especially Ylenia. The roof top restaurant is first class in both service and also the food, which was exquisite
