This is a nice budget hotel within walking distance from the Verona train station. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is decent. It is 20 minutes walk to the center of town.

The hotel has a great location, only 5 minutes walk from the train station and 20 minutes walk into town. It is pretty basic, but its good for what you pay, so as expected. There was heavy rain in the evening so we took advantage of the free shuttle bus to their sister hotel, which has a restaurant. The food there was good. The hotel breakfast was really good, everything you need for a good start to the day. There were a few negatives. The air con didn't work in our room. The shower screen was broken so ended up with a very wet bathroom floor. The walls are quite thin, so you do get to hear what the neighbours are up to. Overall though, good value for money.

Cosy rooms, not really great area. I would advise on using the underground parking(although the extra 8€ per night and the narrow and steep entrance) for a piece of mind. I also went to the Arena and it is not far from the hotel - approx.15-20 minutes walking distance!

My first negative review I think.. The worst hotel I've been to. The people on the reception seemed annoyed, impatient and sleepy at 23:00 when we arrived and made us feel like some intruders. One of them didn't even look at us and was absolutely absent. Terrible welcome, unusual for Italy.
The room was cold and the absolute opposite of cozy. The bed cover (not the sheets) smelled terrible. Thankfully at least the sheets were OK.
The narrow hotel garage is a sweaty challenge for any driver. Car sensors are obsolete as they only show red anyway.
