Hotel rooms are clean and nice. Roof terrace was closed so we are not allowed to even walk in the terrace. No water in the rooms provided you have to pay €6.00 for water. Also lack of milk and coffee in the rooms poor.

Priced. Fantastic help. Very little preoccupation for the guest transportation from ferroviaria or airport. They charge your steps. They major attraction the top terrace is closed most the time. Nice view , spacious, in and out the room, very expensive everything for no reason. Great view of the city of Venice across the water and many others good thing.
BUT light urine smell on the bath room and black colony of fungus on the bathtub corners. I have pictures upon request. Bad. !!

Location of the hotel is excellent. Offers its own shuttle service (boat) to the main island. Service is exceptional as you would expect. Breakfast and food are of high quality.
The rooftop bar is a highlight for Venice and worth a visit in any case.
The rooms are spacious but lived in. Clean but not polished. Compared to other Hilton's it is well in the mid field.
For me the price value ratio is not right. The offer is good but the price is high. Hilton offers easily better deals elsewhere, but for cheaper or a better product.

Great hotel. Friendly staff makes you feel at home. Great food and rooms are spacious and modern with some offering views of Venice skyline. Breakfast buffet is fresh and includes specialities. You have to try the restaurants. Every great hotel can be elevated above others by their staff and here it really works.

The stay was wonderful. The shuttle across to San Marco is terrific and reliable. The staff are extremely pleasant and the beds are extremely comfortable. The air conditioning works especially well! The concierge is very helpful. The roof top pool is amazing and is worth the stay by itself!
