We arrived in Trento in the late afternoon after traveling from the US for over 24 hours. I knew we would be want to have our first night’s dinner set for us. Our concierge at the Hotel was kind enough to make the reservation for us from an advance email. Such a cozy dining room and first rate service. Each course was as visual of a treat as it was in the mouth. The excellent sommelier helped us to pair local wines with each course. I have to share that the highlight of the meal was the dessert of asparagus 4 ways (yes, I said dessert)! If you are planning to be in Trento, plan ahead and book a table here. It is just a block off the Piazza del Duomo.
