My family of 5 stayed at San Firenze Suites in Aug 2017. I strongly recommend this hotel. The location was terrific - walking distance to everything. The staff was absolutely dedicated to providing the best service possible. When they learned we were leaving extremely early the next day for a day trip, they offered to put together breakfast bags which we could take on our trip. (We didn't ask for this, they offered!) Another example - my son needed some clothing laundered and the laundry service was closed. The hotel's head of housekeeping offered to wash his clothing at her home and return it to us by 6am the next morning! Lastly, we had some difficulty with the a/c in one of our rooms one night, and the staff felt so badly about this, they presented a gift to me when we checked out. The hotel was charming, the rooms were very comfortable, and the service was excellent. you can't go wrong staying at this hotel.

The staff could not be any better. My wife wasn't feeling well and they ere wick to jump into action to help in any way possible. The rooms were both clean and simplistic. Would definitely come back to stay here again!

Awesome place. Loved the pool. Parking lot was really small but we parked the Ferrari anyhow. The free breakfast was awesome. Emmanuel at the front desk was really nice. I wish the bar didn't run out of change.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the staff is wonderful and extremely helpful. Centrally located with amazing rooms. Ours has a rooftop view of the Duomo with a private balcony. Would recommend to anyone as a must stay.
