My toe nail was a little messed up before I even left the shop. I came back 2 days later to ask if they could just touch it up... ONE nail. They reacted as if I was asking for the world. I saw the lady who did my pedicure and she literally dodged me to avoid interaction. It was absolutely ridiculous. At that point, I was even willing to re-paint it myself. Still, they told me it was "impossible". Clearly not concerned with customer satisfaction... Just looking to get people in and out. I'm not needy in any regard. It was a simple request and they really were completely rude and talking about me in Italian the entire time. Will not return nor recommend to my friends. Have some decency. I can hear you clearly talking badly about me in front of my face.

I went here since it is close to my apartment in Rome and the website is professional and fairly well-made. Prices were reasonable and the waxing service was quick and friendly. I can't speak to massages or facials, but I will definitely go back.
