Room is ok. Needs new carpet or a good cleaning. Bathroom is ok. Had a shower only. Booked thru a travel site with as a double room. A double room here is 1 double bed not 2 beds. But hotel understood and moved us to a 2 bed room. Shuttle to city center is a joke. You must prepay. And they leave you SOL if you miss the last shuttle back, which is only 8 pm. Breakfast was included with our package. It was ok.

I stayed at the hotel for a week with my 20 year old son. I was a bit apprehensive before I arrived. I'd read mixed reviews and really didn't know what to expect. However once at the hotel I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel had a clean contemporary look. The hotel staff were helpful and friendly.
The room was adequate a bit short on storage space. Compact but very clean.
There were 2 restaurants. Breakfast provided a good selection. There were cereals, fruits and both English and Continental choices. However we did make a mistake on the first morning and went to the wrong restaurant which was for group bookings. The food on offer was pretty awful. So much so I chose a slice of cake. All better on the next morning. There's a bar too.
The hotel is a fair way from the centre of Rome but we soon got the hang of public transport. Just remember to buy your tickets before you board, either at reception or at the little shop near the bus stop.
It's a big hotel but there are only 2 tiny lifts which fit 4 people in or 2 with luggage.
The rooms were cleaned daily.
All in all a good stay!

The service from the staff is fantastic. Very accommodating and quick to respond. We were able to book a couple of last minute tours through the hotel.The Wi-Fi was very good, better than most we had encountered in Italy. The main lobby is nice and we had free parking, a rarity in Rome. They also offer a shuttle into the center. The room was a little tight but nice and clean. The hallway could use a coat of paint and some sprucing up. Would definitely stay there again.

Very nice rooms. very good staff. Good breakfast.parking Ok. ..a little difficult go by bus to the centre and back from this place but its not a problem of the hotel. 😉...like this place and hope come back again

I stayed here the first week of June. Pretty far from Rome (i.e. 30 minutes to the Colosseum by taxi costs around 25 euros). Nothing to do in the neighborhood. Looks pretty sleek and modern, but like lots of the reviewed mentioned, there are scuff makes and areas that need remodeling all over. I enjoyed the (free) breakfast buffet. But the bar gets super crowded being right off the lobby, and the service and food tends to suffer. Worth the money though. Got what I paid for. Very courteous and pleasant service when dealing with any hotel employees.
