We stayed here for 3.5 days, our room was located on the ground level with the separate enter from nice garden just across from the bar and breakfast area. The room and bathroom was very nice, clean and comfortable .The staff in the hotel was very nice and helpful. They arranged for us ride to airport located about 35 minute drive from the hotel. The cost for very comfortable ride was 48 E (before rush hrs.). The fantastic breakfast with super good cappuccino is included in the price of the room

Very nice hotel with very good conditions and friendly people. Wonderfull breakfast in a nice place outside the main building. Recommended!

Had a really nice stay in Hotel Villa San Pio! It is quite convenient with a number of restaurants within a 5-min walk, and also close to two metro stations. You can also get to the Colosseum within 10 minutes! The area around the hotel is really quiet, which is amazing. The room is clean and comfortable, it's just that it's a little bit too cold sometimes, but it's not a big problem. The breakfast area is really beautiful and the food is splendid. The staff are really friendly and kind, on the first they they served us some orange juice! They even recommended us to some restaurants and the restaurants are great as well! Will definitely recommend everyone to stay here during your visit to Rome!

Very comfortable, high quality accomodation. Good breakfast room and bar. Conveniently located near Roman Empire buildings and structures and underground metro link. Air conditioning not great and hard to set. TV barely adequate - but hey you are in Roma why are you watching TV!!!

The staff were very helpful and friendly and spike good English, which helped us alot. The room had a great terrace, useful for night time dinner or just to enjoy the local neighbourhood view. The room itself was spacious and comfortable. The hotel is a short walk from the metro as well as a few local reasturant, bars and shops. Overall great stay in room.
