Lovely small hotel in the suburbs of Rome but within 5 minutes of the centre by local tram service. Fantastically clean, well appointed, superb staff, a joy to stay. Highly recommend.

Very friendly staff, clean rooms and bathrooms. Rooms cleaned daily with fresh linen, towels and soaps.
Bed we had was large and quite firm with plump pillows.
Bathroom was spacious and well equipped.
Only downside was in our case there was limited space in the bedroom with narrow space between bed and wardrobe and no space for cases.
The area is a residential area and very quiet so had good night's sleep.
Tram stop is a 2 minute walk and takes about 5 minutes to travel to the end of the line which is conveniently located near the metro station.
We would stay here again if we return to Rome.

Traveled with a few friends to Rome and stayed at this hotel. It's fancy and approximately 2.7 km from the center, which is good, because it's not too far away from all restaurants, but far enough that there are almost no tourist's beside us. It also has a station right in front of it if walking is not your style. But if you're searching for cheap restaurants that are open late you're better of at another place. Conclusion: It's worth a visit and not to expensive even when booking last minute. (Which we did)

the location is a bit out of the way, some may find this a treasure as you're away from the insanity of the touristy city, whilst others might enjoy said insanity. The service is well and above all the staff are kind and ready to fulfill any of your needs. as far as a hotel goes there's not much else you can ask for. If you're looking for a hotel in Rome that's a little bit out of the way and probably a lot less expansive than a touristy hotel. The villa Gloria is a good place to go.
