Great service from every staff member I encountered. Just a short walk to the Spanish Steps and the high end shopping. Breakfast buffett was fantastic.

After spending the whole day to rain the beautiful city of Rome it's about 545 p.m. and I decided to have a drink so I decided to go to Hotel Eden since it was recommended to me buy a good dear friend of mine well let me tell you I don't know how they do things in Italy but I never feel more unwelcome they open the door let me in they told me where the the Terrace was on the 6th floor once I arrive to the to Terrace i was ask if i staying in a hotel then I say no that I was here for a drink they told me that the policy is there after 6 no one should be wearing shorts at this point and I'm wearing a sports jacket nice and expensive plane golf shorts below meaning Gucci loafers well this was not enough for them they decided not to let me in I spoke to the front desk and they told me that I was the rule however when they let me in they saw me and they didn't say anything and the policy was not put it anywhere it was kind of strange that they asked me upstairs if I was staying in the hotel they can make an exception so if you have a rule staying or not in the hotel you should follow the "policy " .
I was consider the idea to stay in there the next visit to Rome however after this very unwelcome no to say discriminatory moment . Like the movie pretty woman! Big mistake big mistake

After my last 2 stays at the Eden Rome, it has become my favourite hotel in the eternal city. With the recent renovation, the facility is impeccable. The staff are friendly and most helpful. Special thanks to Ms Counselo the front office manager and Bernardo from the concierge service.

This my 3rd stay since its renovation few months ago. The location is great being close to the heart of rome, the rooms are very well appointed and spacious for European standard. What I like the most is the very friendly staff.
