I made a bum with a friend I had recommended to your hotel.
After the complaints I went in person to verify and apologized for my evaluation mistake.
Broken bed
Unwanted and dirty bathroom
Broken shower arm
Towels were not replaced.
How do you allow yourself to spoil your unworthy hotel with people who work and with sacrifices they can make a vacation !!
You are not honest or even professional!
Additionally your housekeepers tell their stories and personal facials on the loud phone on the hotel balcony while customers are looking for as much sleep as possible in your unworthy structure.
Shame !!!!!!
You are a Nice group of Catholics !!!!!!

Remember when reading this review, this is low star hotel that is cheap.
Location: The location was okay. As far as stuff to do (eating, shopping) within intimidate walking distance, there isn't much. There was a bus stop very close (but we couldn't figure out where to buy tickets). The Vatican museum is within about a 10 minute walk. There was also a metro station within a 10 minute walk which will lead you easily to anywhere. However, it was difficult to find how to get from the metro to the hotel because of construction (hint: there are stairs leading from the metro stop up to the street you need to be on to walk to the hotel). We took the metro from the train station to the stop by the hotel and were confused about how to get to the hotel for a while. Plus, the "sidewalks" are narrow, uneven, and sometimes absent on the walk to the hotel, which poses difficulty with luggage. But that is normal for Rome. After getting to the hotel, navigation to the main sites was easy via the metro.
Rooms: This is a BUDGET hotel, and the room quality reflects that. Our room was not dirty or smelly, just slightly old and worn. The room had AC which was a must. Our room included a private bathroom. You get what you pay for, and this hotel doesn't cost much.
Bathroom: Not huge, but got the job done. Not dirty or smelly, just slightly old and worn. There was only a bathtub with a shower head on a hose, no shower curtain. So we took sitting showers. But having a private bathroom in general is a huge plus.
Amenities: Free wifi which worked great. Optional breakfast: typical breakfast of croissants, espresso, yogurt, etc. Kind of expensive (5 euro I think) but it was all you can eat.
Bottom line: old and worn but nice and cheap, private bathroom is great, location was difficult to find at first but is good enough as long as you don't mind the metro and don't need to keep coming back to the hotel. So remember, this is a 4 star rating for a 2 star hotel. Don't go expecting anything more than a solid, cheap 2 star hotel.

Fantastic hotel with a nice staff. There is a lot of space in the rooms and WiFi in all the rooms. The breakfast is very good.
