A wonderful hotel in the heart of Rome. The room was updated and clean. And, the staff was great.

I'm not sure who they paid for the 5 star rating but this is far from it. Showers are extremely small. Our room had a nice view of what seemed to be a dirty roof in the center of the hotel. Staff were very nice and helpful.

Run down place in the name of Old World Charm....with no service...charges 8 euros for getting an empty glass to the room!! @ Rome

Stayed here for my 40th birthday in January 17. Beautiful building, excellent and discrete service, and superb location. Enjoyed it so much we are going back very soon - can't wait!
