Went home after we waited two hours without food. Asking more than a few times. Our neighbor table had a steak that was well done, but ordered medium rare. Service is terrible. Can’t say anything about zur quality of the food.
Do yourself a favor and don’t go there.

It was our last night in La Spezia, so we decided to try out La Tavernetta as it seemed reasonably priced, and the food sounded advertising. The food honestly was priced according to the quality and taste of each dish. I ordered muscles and spaghetti which came with olive oil as sauce with chopped up uncooked tomatos. The muscles were white and cold. My partner ordered the margarita pizza, playing it safe incase the food didn't deliver. We soon found this too was a regretful dish as the pizza base was hard, bland and very dry. On top of the food being ridiculously tasteless, my partner and I had to fight for the waiters attention to recieve a menu, order our food and ask for the bill. Very disappointing.

Should have read the reviews first, but we just stopped at the first place because we were so tired.
First they forgot one of our sodas. My pizza came out really fast, but with can mushrooms and not fresh as the menu said. It was okay to eat but still really dissapointing. The other who ordered pasta had to wait almost an hour later and the pasta wasnt fully cooked. The pasta with salmon tasted more garlic than salmon, and the pasta carbonara had no spice or parmesan.
Still, it was okay to eat. But nothing else but just okay and not worth the money at all.
We will definately check ratings the rest of our trip, because eating at this place was the worse thing so far.

Terrible service, food was poorly made, no taste, no spices (not even containers on the table, the pasta was stale and not finished. Don't bother with this resturang!

Best Restaurant under the station of La Spezia. Very good pizzas . I suggest seafood pasta. Cheap too
