Nice enough rooms but hotel itself doesn't offer much and staff not especially helpful to "foreigners" (their word not mine).

Nice Hotel. Brand new. Comfort, clean and quiet.
Staff is friendly. Worth the price.
I will come back if I have to overnight in Milan.

Recently stayed here while we attended the Expo for two days.
Clean rooms. The hotel is only one year old so everything is in good condition. It's of a contemporary style and boasts "green" build and operation practices so energy efficiency is evident. The sizing of the whole place (lobby, hallways, breakfast room, etc.) feels quite small and cramped. Not sure if this is general European practice or if the available space to build upon was simply limited. I think that there are only 9 rooms per floor.
Very nice staff.
However, it seems to have been built specifically to house Expo guests and it's a bit isolated. You need to have a car or use a cab to get anywhere. They have a cab service that they can call for you. Very nice drivers.
Walking anywhere really isn't an option.
The train station is only a 5-10 min. drive and made it pretty easy to get to and from the Expo or Downtown Milan.
Very basic dining in the breakfast room. Nothing outrageous.
