Nice place, food is really good but the service is too slow. The waitresses/waiters don't speak other languages than Italian or Japanese so it makes it hard to communicate as a tourist

As a vegan, I usually have a good many options as a sushi place. This was not the case. Quality of the sushi and Japanese items ordered was poor, if I even got what I ordered (which was often the case) service was slow, and no one spoke neither Italian nor English well. I can't talk to the non-vegan sushi items, but I was rather disappointed. When ordering a non-vegan item, after saying specifically that I do not eat enimal products, they bring me a mixed tempeh (none of which was fried properly) with veggies and a large piece of shrimp. After ordering and requesting a veggie-only Soba, it comes with egg. Finally get a vegan dish, the Tofu Insalata, and it is literally raw silk tofu, still in the shape of the package from which it came, in a bowl with a little sauce and two pieces of seaweed. We payed €20 per person for the dinner buffet, and was only really able to fill up on generic maki. They cooked the Edemame.... what..? Drink prices are generally fair, but for asain beer imports, they were over-priced. The worst of it is, they offer no dessert items on a BUFFET menu... would never go again and advise everyone to find a better, proper sushi place.

So far the best japanese restaurant in Pisa. Theres an "all you can eat" formula with very nice plates.

Terrible place! Confusing system and menu. Waiters don't speak english and italian completely. So they can't recommend dishes. So, if you don't want to make a bad evening, do not go to this restaurant.
