Davvero un ottimo ristorante. Piatti particolari, materie prime del territorio ed uno chef che ha una bellissima creativita' e attenzione pet i minimi particolari. Ti accolgono in un piccolo ambiente ben rifinito con gentilezza e professionalita'. Ottima carta dei vini.

Equal to the best of Rome, Milan, Paris, New York! You must experience!
We visited for the first time last night- a Friday. The restaurant was only about half full. Once the rest of the world discovers this place, and this fine chef, there will be waiting lists to dine here! Believe me, people will travel to this little restaurant in this beautiful hilltop Italian village--just to see, and taste the dishes they prepare. We travel a lot and eat at fine restaurants around the world, and it is rare to discover one like this.
We tried two appetizers, shared a pasta dish, and had two main courses. Accompanied by a bottle of local wine. Plus two very creative, and delicious deserts. Plus a cafe to end the meal. All were beautifully presented, well explained in English by the waitress, and provided tastes that were heavenly.
We made a reservation for next week, so we can introduce this fine restaurant to a couple of our friends who are flying in from Paris.
The waitress told us the chef creates seasonal menus so we hope to be surprised by what we can try next. Look at the pictures others have posted both here, on Facebook and on TripAdvisor. This is the REAL DEAL!
This year we will be spending several months in Italy, and TOSTO will be a weekly visit for us. Please help support this wonderful chef and his family. Visit soon and enter a delicious adventure in dining. We plan to work our way through their entire menu.
