Wonderful staff very kind and helpful. They very dedicated helping me on my persont problem with documents.
Also the rooms are big breakfast very nice and huge parking area inside the hotel

Rooms are dated, however well maintained. Sheets were fresh and room was cleaned nicely. The bar on the roof has some nice coktails, prices were normal. However the rooftop is most often closed for private parties. No swimming pools or hot tubs ( not like the pictures ). Upon return to the room the second day the card had stopped working and we were locked out. Reception fixed this problem. Food in the restaurant wasn't bad. But neither was it plenty, or amazing. Good for a 1 night stay, not any more. Hotel is surrounded by what looks to be favelas. Trash is all around the streets and the smell on the street is unbearable.

Great place to stay huge selection for breakfast rooms where nice and big and well looked after the only reason why I'm not giving it 5 stars is because they had us waiting for nearly 45 mins to go to our room as it wasn't ready when he originally said just wait 10 mins it should be ready. Apart from that great place to stay

Comfortable rooms, great breakfast, free parking but dirty halls, away from the center and old construction.
