We made a reservation 3 weeks ago for a car. Once we arrived at the appointment time, in the early morning, no car was available. No apologize, no other solution was proposed, that waiting until the middle of the afternoon. All what we booked for the day was gone.... worse agency ever

Regular car renting place. Tried to sell us a lot of insurance and upgrade, obviously. Took us 1h to get our car and 30 min to leave of back.

Classic Sicilian scam, beware! They will find some additional scratch on rental car and charge you for it. I don't recommend renting here unless you go ahead and purchase complete comprehensive insurance coverage.

Great and attentive service. We left our passports in the hotel and they allowed us to take the car out without it and then come back with the documents. It's the same office for both Avis and Budget actually.
