The hotel is car away from city center, next to a stadium so all weekend we couldnt sleep beause of a festival. A day before our departure we asked at reception to order a taxi for us - the taxi was ordered right after we came to the reception, not like we asked for a specific time. The hotel also charged us for a dinner we never had there!!! We told at the reception that this is a mistake but despite that they charged my credit card.

A perfect place to spend the night, everyone is polite and kind, the room is provided with several comforts (wi-fi internet access above all). Highly recommended

It's 4* in appearance but the hotel lacks any atmosphere. It's located next to the football pitch but has no other amenities apart from a tube station half a mile away. The breakfast is very European but they charge €5 for an omelette. Presented well and tasty but I didn't think a 4* hotel would charge for an omelette. The shower was weak an small and the Sky had only CNN in English. Ideal for business trips to the area. Not really a tourist base.
