Really nice hotel in Naples. The staff were really friendly and all the desk staff spoke excellent English. We had an issue with our room and the staff sorted it out really quickly and efficiently with no bother. The only downside was the walk to the hotel from the train station, we didn't actually have any issues at all but we did have to go through an alleyway that looked like it had seen better days and I probably wouldn't have warned to do it in my own, although there may be another way that we just didn't find. The hotel is only a short walk to a train station that takes you to the centre of town in about 25 mins. It was fine for just going into Naples, but traveling to Pompeii and sorrento was a bit more challenging as you had to go into the centre and then come out again so took quite a long time and the trains and to get delayed and cancelled a lot, it wasn't impossible though and the nice hotel made up for it.

Good hotel for napoli standards. Clean and nice friendly staff. Besides it was humid climate when i was here and the room ac was not working. Minibar was not working and only had 2 soft drinks and 2 bottles of water.

I've stayed at a few hotels in Naples and this one is my favourite. The staff are great and go out of their way to make you feel welcome and comfortable. Rooms are spacious, clean with all the facilities you need. Close to the supermarket and train station. Really enjoyed my stay here and will be coming back!
