Great Place to Stay. Was there for only Night only. But had a Great Service experience. Good Room Facilities.

Very nice and quiet hotel, the room is clean and comfortable, I had the dinner in, it was a very delicious Rice with salmon fish, the staff were very very cooperative and friendly, about the prices acceptable....nice place for Business traveler to Modena....

The rooms are very nice. The receptionist was very nice as well. The restaurant team was not up to par. We don't speak Italian, and the staff spoke little to no English. We ended up leaving the restaurant after waiting for our food for almost two hours. The manager was nice enough and sent us complimentary room service, but I personally prefer my dinner around 19:00 rather than 22:30. Very disappointing experience overall.

I'm here three days on biznis and it is perfect, didn't find anything wrong. Even when my wall key-card reader stopped working they fixed it in 5 minutes. Food is excellent rooms are very clean. I enjoy my stay.

Way far from anything, with infrequent bus service at stops way distant from the building (so hot walks along the highway under the sun) and really expensive cabs, TV didn't work, "adjustable" bathroom mirror permanently faced downward so I had to crouch to see my face, shower door didn't seal at the bottom (by design, absurdly) so bathroom constantly flooded, room card "expired" early by accident while I was taking a shower so I had to wait wet in the dark for them to bring me another, €8 breakfast (a must because there is NOTHING else around, no bar) is generic continental, the WiFi was weak-signaled, buggy, and the bandwidth could barely handle Facebook, and the whole place has the tacky, charmless, corporate-art feel of the worst chain hotels, with the price tag to match.
Bottom line, this is a price-gouging, indifferently designed and very poorly maintained chain hotel that is completely disconnected from Modena, has nothing to do with the city despite the name, and I'm very sorry I chose it.
