Quei pezzi di merda di avis non mi hanno dato macchina a noleggio con 4 carte di credito oro . La loro risposta perche non mi hanno dato la macchina per non c era mio nome in carta . Sti scemi di merda

Not a great choice of cars here - ended up with a large polluting diesel engined Renault Clio, which was modern (Sat nav, DAB radio, USB & Bluetooth, start/stop button). However, it wasn't anywhere near the Audi A3 or BMW 3 series "or similar" quoted on either Avis' site or price comparison sites.
Watch out for toll roads around Modena which will fine you €60 for not collecting a ticket at the entry point to the freeway - set your Google Maps navigation route to 'avoid toll roads' and take the more scenic country side roads instead.
Staff were efficient and competent. You can drop your car off anywhere near the rental location once you're done.

Completely incompetent. Unaccurate information and will not return a call for love nor money. Rented a car at Bologna airport, had a tyre blown up the next day near Modena. Instead of caging the tyre they took the car to a garage and were unable to produce a suitable replacement car seven hours later. Never received a call back, always me chasing then for a solution, couldn't be bothered at all. I will never use avis again.

Qualch anno fa le vetture erano tenute meglio , oggi ne ho ritirata una sporca dentro e senza il pieno . Comunque servizio sempre veloce ed efficiente nota negativa lo scarso parcheggio .
