For a budget hostel this place offered all the amenities of a higher rated hotel. We had a private room with WiFi and TV. A full kitchen is available for guests and we took advantage of it as my husband is a gourmet cook. Dorm rooms and single privates are available. It is also just a short walk to all major transportation. Continental breakfast is included but there are refrigerators and markets nearby if you want some variety.

This was the worst hostel I stayed at during my tour of Europe and if I could give negative stars, I would. The pictures are very misleading. I ended up cutting my stay short by making very last minute reservations at the Ostello Bello Grande hostel. My original plan was to stay four nights but only stayed two since the experience was awful. Since I prepaid the staff would not refund me the last two night I did not stay there. The staff was not rude, directly, but they weren’t friendly either. Everytime I needed to speak with reception, they took a long time to acknowledge me and always acted as if I was inconveniencing them. The neighborhood is really sketchy and far from everything. The hostel was not very clean and the breakfast they provided was not fresh at all. I tried to speak to a manager about my concerns, but the gentleman at the reception just kept acting as if he did not understand me and kept telling me no. Very unhappy experience all around.

Great value for money. Clean rooms, fresh new sheets and the staff are friendly and approachable. There is a cool lounge to hang out and meet other travelers or if you prefer being anti social, you can chill in the corner in one of the comfortable sofas.

Affordable place to stay in Milan. I was there before the busy season and the place was only half booked. Bathrooms would be crowded when fully booked, but that's too be expected in a hostel. It was also a great place to meet people. Check out the first floor terrace if you get the chance.
